(linked above)Please note that I like to apply my own style to character designs, allowing me some creative freedom helps me really enjoy my work. My art always comes out better when I have more say in the artistic direction and I'm not restricted by stiff instructions.

What I need to get started

Reference pictures or old art work to work from;
In-case of written description (in bullet points) I will still need reference images for the theme of the character, mood boards or other images to help portray them to the best of my ability.

Turnover time is between 2-4 weeks from when I have started your sketch depending on complexity. Please take this into consideration as commissions are worked on in queue order, I appreciate your patience.

Process

Payment Info

  • All payment in GBP

  • All pricing listed on Ko-fi

  • Prices are non-negotiable

  • payment will be made upon Ko-fi request

  • Any custom commissions agreed outside of my Ko-fi options will be paid for via Square (card payment) I will issue you an invoice via email.

Things I won't draw

  • Mechas/ Mechs

  • NSFW/ overly graphic pieces

  • Copies of someone else’s art

  • Complicated armour (will be simplified)

  • I won’t draw commissions without reference pictures and just from text, as coming up with visual design takes a lot more time than from reference!

Terms and Conditions

  • By Commissioning me you have agreed, understood and read my terms and conditions and will abide by them.

  • The term “Commissions” or "Commission" refers to the service provided by Jupiem to the Client.

  • The term “Client” refers to any individual requesting the skills of the Artist (Jupiem) for any creation involving illustration and conception.

  • Commissions are for personal use only. Commissions may not be used for any merchandise of any kind, including non-profit, or sold without my express written permission.

  • Commissions are not to be altered or modified without my express written permission.

  • I reserve the right to use any artwork I produce, including commissions. This means I may use them for my own personal reasons such as advertising / etc. (if you wish to keep your commission private or if it’s a surprise please inform me otherwise)

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the terms and conditions are Violated with no refund due.

  • If a commission is cancelled after I have already started sketching you unfortunately will not be eligible for any refund as most of my time and work goes into the sketching stage.

  • I will make every effort to complete all commissions undertaken, however I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to unforeseen reasons. Under these circumstances you will receive a full refund.

  • Given the nature of Commissions, no revision request will be taken. However, if things such as the skin colour or body type of a character has been incorrectly interpreted by Jupiem, she will commit to fixing it.

  • Commissions are not to be tokenized/ minted or sold for NFT in any capacity or used to trade crypto currency in any way.

  • Commissions are not permitted, under any circumstances, to be provided to any Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool (website, software, etc…).
