Commission Info
Thank you for your interest in my commission work. Before submitting your request please review the below guidelines.
Guidelines:
- Commissions are done in queue order. I'm a slow artist and aim to provide each of my clients with the quality and time they deserve, please take this into consideration before submitting.- Please note that I like to apply my own style to character designs, allowing me some creative freedom helps me really enjoy my work. My art always comes out better when I have more say in the artistic direction and I'm not restricted by stiff instructions.- Once your commission is accepted I will send you a confirmation email stating that you are now in the queue and I will contact you again once payment is required.- When I am ready to work on your commission I will send you a Square invoice to your email. Square accepts all card types including but not limited to - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron and Vpay logo. Commissions will not be started until full payment is received.- All payments are in GBP. Things such as weapons and familiars are an additional price of £5 each.- All backgrounds will be simple.- One Character per commission.- You will receive two PNGs, one with the background and one without(transparent).If you have any questions prior to submitting a commission request - please email me at - [email protected]
Things I draw:
- I mostly draw women, however I am open to taking more masculine character commissions.- Fantasy characters, original characters (OCs) human-like races.- Mild blood and light NSFW okay ( nothing explicit )
Things I won't draw:
- Mechas/Mechs- Real people / celebrities- Overly NSFW/graphic pieces- Copies of someone else’s art- Complicated armour (will be simplified)- I won’t draw commissions without reference pictures and just from text, as coming up with visual design takes a lot more time than from reference!
(I will request you provide things like previous commissioned work of characters or mood boards / Pinterest boards to draw visuals from for you request)

Terms and Conditions
- By Commissioning Jupiem you have agreed, understood and read her terms and conditions and will abide by them.- The term “Commissions” or "Commission" refers to the service provided by Jupiem to the Client.- The term “Client” refers to any individual requesting the skills of the Artist (Jupiem) for any creation involving illustration and conception.- Commissions are for personal use only. Commissions may not be used for any merchandise of any kind, including non-profit, or sold without Jupiem's express written permission.- Commissions are not to be altered or modified without Jupiem's express written permission.- Jupiem reserves the right to use any artwork she produces, including commissions. This means she may use them for her own personal reasons such as advertising on her social media etc. (if you wish to keep your commission private or if it’s a surprise please inform Jupiem otherwise)- Jupiem reserves the right to cancel a commission if the terms and conditions are Violated with no refund due.- If a commission is cancelled after Jupiem has started the initial sketch the client will not be eligible for any refund as most of her time and work goes into the sketch stage.- In the event that the client is unhappy with the final render of a commission you will not be eligible for a refund, however Jupiem will make every effort to complete all commissions to the preference of the client while also applying her own style.- No revisions will be permitted beyond the initial sketch stage, however if there are colour elements such as skin, hair or clothing etc, these can be adjusted upon request to more accurately represent the commission at the flat colour stage.- Jupiem will make every effort to complete all commissions undertaken, however she reserves the right to cancel a commission due to unforeseen reasons. Under these circumstances you will receive a full refund.- Commissions are not to be tokenized/ minted or sold for NFT in any capacity or used to trade crypto currency in any way.- Commissions are not permitted, under any circumstances, to be provided to any Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool (website, software, etc…).
